VR for training works when the scenario is constrained: one procedure, clear failure states, measurable completion. Open-world spectacle is a different (and costlier) brief.
We design for comfort first — locomotion, contrast, session length — then layer brand and narrative. Retention drops when the headset becomes the story.
Start with a single module. Prove lift against a classroom baseline. Expand only after the first win is documented.
